It began with one man’s vision of focusing exclusively on one side of real estate transactions—the tenant/buyer side—thus, providing conflict free representation. Over the years, The Ezra Company has grown, yet it has always remained privately held and debt free. As the firm grew, so did our service area. While headquartered in the Washington, DC area, The Ezra Company has served its clients nationally for over 20 years. Growth has also meant constantly evaluating and expanding our offerings. Despite our ongoing reputation for first class tenant advocacy, we have always sought ways to better serve our clients and to respond to more of our clients’ needs. The Ezra Company was the first brokerage firm in the area to bring project management in-house and the first to offer lease management.
