The Ezra Company began with one man’s vision and conviction. In 1980, Fred Ezra was the number one producer for a national brokerage firm. Mr. Ezra represented both tenants and landlords and, as an insider, he could see that tenants were not getting the quality of representation he thought they should expect and, more significantly, they were not receiving a comparable level of representation to landlord clients. Fred Ezra was convinced that there was a better way, a way to level the playing field. He was so certain that, in 1980, he left a very lucrative position, despite having a wife and two young children to support, to form the Ezra Company. It was immediately apparent that Fred was offering something for which there was a pent up demand. Soon others joined him, attracted to the purity of his vision and, today, The Ezra Company is proud to be the largest exclusively tenant focused real estate services firm in the region.
