The Ezra Company utilizes a synergistic, multi-disciplined team approach to serve and support clients through the entire life cycle of a real estate transaction. The Advisory Services team leads each assignment and is supported by the Financial Services, Project Management and Lease Management teams.

Advisory Services works to understand, guide and advocate for our clients. Throughout the transaction, Advisory Services relies on Financial Services to perform complex quantitative modeling which provides advisors and clients with information that guides decisions at every step of the real estate process and is an important tool for negotiation. Project Management aids in establishing a budget for all project costs early to provide financial predictability and delivers ongoing supervision through move-in thereby maintaining tight controls on all financial outlays. After move-in, Lease Management keeps track of critical dates and performs annual lease audits, making sure all negotiated terms in the agreement are adhered to by the landlord and that all fees billed to the client are appropriate. As the lease term advances, Lease Management will perform remaining lease liability analysis and budgeting to support the advisor and client in assessing the next transaction and its timing.
