Anthony King has been with The Ezra Company since October 1996. Over the years he has negotiated contracts valued well in excess of half a billion dollars. His experience runs the gamut; from small lease transactions to full building leases; associations, law firms, government contractors, churches and charter schools; acquisitions and dispositions; lease negotiations, renegotiations, purchase and sales. For multi-site clients he brings to the table significant strength in strategic real estate planning and implementation, a true understanding of portfolio management, real estate market dynamics and multi-market experience. For the single site tenant he offers a level of technical expertise, uncompromising dedication to client interest, and accessibility rare in the industry.

Mr. King is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota, where he completed his Bachelor of Artsin Political Science and Economics, and the University of Minnesota School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor.
