Ben Heller is part of the Health Sciences Practice Group at Ezra Company along with Mike Norris in the Ezra Company’s Suburban Offices. For over 3 years, Ben has assisted clients with developing a strategy to reduce facility costs through a unique process developed specifically for users of technical facilities. This process has included lease liability takeovers, expansions and renegotiations.
Ben boasts more than a decade of business development and customer service experience. During that time he has developed and maintained client relationships in the Washington/Baltimore metropolitan areas while forming several collaborative partnerships as an additional benefit to clients.
Previously, Ben worked at Scheer Partners where he represented over 20 clients per year in various real estate projects including relocations, renewals, subleases, assignments, terminations and sales. Prior to his entry in commercial real estate, Ben was responsible for over $1 million in equipment sales and 60 customers annually. Ben is organized, detail oriented and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining individual focus on each client.

Ben is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. He is licensed in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. Ben has been a member of Business Network International, a professional networking group, for over 5 years.
Ben coaches both soccer and basketball for Special Olympics in Arlington, VA. In his free time you’ll find Ben on a racquetball court or in the woods, as he is an avid nature enthusiast. Ben and his wife Emilie are eagerly expecting the birth of their first child in January 2012.
