Brien is an Associate at the Ezra Company’s Washington, DC office. He is responsible for business development and is a member of the tenant advisory team that negotiates real estate transactions for our clients. He assists organizations with their leases, occupancy costs, and real estate strategy to ensure that a client’s real estate position follows their business goals and objectives. In addition, Brien and the team at Ezra work diligently to identify leasing opportunities and cost savings for clients by conducting strategic planning meetings and operating expense reviews.
Brien’s business experience prior to Ezra is broad, and ranges over a span of approximately fourteen years. Brien began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1996 where he was an auditor and due diligence consultant for four years. During this period, he took the opportunity to pass the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. Between 2001-2010, Brien excelled in a variety of management and sales roles involving valued-added services in the technology and recruiting industries. Prior to joining Ezra, Brien was a Partner at a local recruiting firm where he provided recruiting solutions for managers and executives at companies throughout the Washington Metro Area.
Brien graduated from Bucknell University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Finance.
