David L. Cravedi, a Senior Vice President, resides in the Ezra Company’s Maryland headquarters’ office. He joined the Ezra Company as Vice President in February, 1992 and has continued to provide brokerage and advisory services to a wide spectrum of clients.

Mr. Cravedi has thirty-five years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Ezra, he spent eight years (1977-1985) at Studley where he was involved in every aspect of consulting/brokerage from both the agent/owner and buyer/broker perspectives. From 1985 to 1992, he opened and managed Long and Foster’s ten broker Maryland commercial office while representing national firms locally as well as outside the area.

Mr. Cravedi’s broad-based experience has made him one of the region’s leading and most respected tenant brokers. This experience has included transactions ranging from straight lease, joint venture, sale lease-back and direct purchase. His passion and desire to protect his clients’ interests are enhanced by his creativity, his keen analytical skills and attention to detail. This is evidenced by longstanding relationships he has maintained with clients.

David graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. Degree. In 1975, he received his MBA from the university with an emphasis in real estate finance and is a member of the International Honor Society Beta Sigma Gamma. David maintains Broker licenses in Maryland, Washington, DC and Massachusetts and a salesperson’s license in Virginia.
