Elyce Levin joined the Ezra Company in 2012 as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Levin is responsible for market research and participating in the negotiation process with senior brokers on current leasing and sales transaction teams.
Elyce started her career in sales immediately following her graduation from Penn State University and soon began working on building relationships with diverse clientele to assure that their needs and objectives were being fulfilled.
Ms. Levin graduated with honors from Penn State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, and minors in law and society, as well as international studies. From her experience as a National Account Manager for Cogent Communications, Ms. Levin became adept at applying consultative and relationship-building techniques to focus on solution-oriented approaches to market challenges. Her strong customer service skills will enable her to build and maintain many long-lasting client relationships.
Elyce was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area and currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland where she enjoys exploring everything that the D.C. metropolitan area has to offer. She is an avid runner and is engaged in recreational athletic leagues. As a strong supporter and member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and American Heart Association Elyce is an active participant in walks, drives, and fundraising events.
Elyce is a licensed real estate professional in the District of Columbia.
